1. The Platform ("Platform" or "Playscouting") is owned and operated by X-Score, Unipessoal Lda. Information on how to participate and use the Platform are part of these Terms of Use of the Playscouting Platform ("Terms of Use"). By using the Playscouting Platform, you agree to accept these Terms of Use and the Platform Rules.
2. Playscouting is a platform that allows the contact between sports clubs, athletes and technical teams, subject to compliance with these Terms of Use.
3. Your access to and use of the Playscouting Platform is conditioned upon your agreement and acceptance of these Terms of Use. Each time you use the Playscouting Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
4. Playscouting is not responsible for the inappropriate use (eg in the driving act) of the Platform (or any element of the Platform). These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the use of the Playscouting Platform by the Club, athletes and elements of technical teams, thus allowing their contact.

Through the Platform, athletes and technical team elements, jointly referred to in these Terms as "User (s)", may make available their contact information, skills, experience, age, weight, height to Playscouting.

The Platform, in turn, the representatives of the clubs, also considered in these Terms as "User (s)", may publish advertisement and / or identify the technical elements and / or athletes with whom they wish to establish contact. These Terms are available for access by Users at any time, through the link http://Playscouting.com/policies, and may be changed at any time by Playscouting, except in case of legal impediment in this regard.

1. Acceptance of Platform Terms and Access

   Access to Playscouting is granted to Users via the address http://playscouting.com/. The registration must be made at the address indicated and the same will be validated or not, by those responsible for the Platform, based on criteria that allow the proper functioning. After accessing the Platform, the User must register his password and express his free, expressed and informed consent with regard to the provisions of these Terms, by selecting the corresponding check box, indicating his agreement to the conditions presented herein. If you do not agree with the conditions set forth in this document, you must refrain from using the Platform.
   
   By accepting these Terms, the User declares and acknowledges that he / she is solely responsible for all the information he / she makes available and inserted when he / she accesses the Platform, declaring that such information is correct and true, being responsible, exclusively, for any damages or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or untrue information inserted by it in the Platform.

2. Using the Platform

   After completing your registration and password, the power of all utilities can be completed in the Platform, and you can also complete the registration of your data in http://Playscouting.com/ after access to the Platform. . Playscouting can display the information in Platforms based on the linked indicators, such as in force, age, height, skills, consenting to the user with a collection and use of such data and information.
   
   By accessing the Platform, Users may establish contact with each other through a chatbox available on the platform. The User is aware that the inclusion of his registration in the Platform does not oblige him to enter into any contract.
   
   By accessing the Platform, the User acknowledges that Playscouting does not represent or enter into any contract on behalf of any Club, athlete or technical team member, and does not form part of any contract eventually concluded.
   
   By using the Platform, the User commits himself to:

   • To respect all the Portuguese legislation in force, as well as the morality and good manners, generally accepted and all the dispositions of the present Terms;
   • Use the Platform only for the purposes for which it was made available;
   • Do not insert, by any means, in the Platform information that incorporates viruses or other malicious content that may cause damage or prevent the normal operation of the Platform or the computer equipment of Playscouting or of third parties, or that, due to their characteristics, hinder the normal operation of the Platform;
   • Provide true, complete and accurate information when registering and completing the profile on the Platform;
   • The User acknowledges that, in any situation, he will be solely responsible for his use of the Platform, as well as for any content contained therein, exempting Playscouting from any responsibility for any damages or losses arising from the improper use of the Platform.

3. Payment

   The User acknowledges that the Platform is made available through a monthly fee (see Zone Pricing), for registration, navigation, inclusion of its information and establishment of contact with other users.
   
   By registering on the platform, the user can enjoy the use of the platform without any cost during a trial period of 6 months. This trial period may be changed at any time without prior notice, and we advise regular consultation of these terms.
   
   Payment of the monthly payment can be made via Paypal. When making the payment, the user will agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Paypal, so we advise you to consult the website https://www.paypal.com.
   
   The amounts shown are in US dollars and include VAT rate at the legal rate in force.

4. Intellectual property

   All contents made available on the Platform, such as computer programs, texts, images, graphics, photographs, icons, drawings, videos, sounds, among others, are the exclusive property of Playscouting or a third party that has authorized its use in the Platform and are protected by the Portuguese jurisdiction, the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic (Article 42), which protects works or intellectual creations, as well as by the Copyright and Related Rights Code (CDADC) in its article 1, published by Decree-Law no. 63/85 of 14 March, as amended by Laws Nos 45/85 of 17 September, 114/91 of 3 September, by Decree-Laws Nos. 332/97 and 334/97, both of 27 November, and by Laws 50/2004, 24 August, 24/2006, 30 June and 16/2008, of 1 April.
   
   The protection conferred by copyright is recognized in all countries of the European Union, in the countries subscribing to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and in the member countries of the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Treaty. It is forbidden any copy of the contents produced by the Influencers, as well as their reproduction or any other type of use, being the violators subject to the corresponding civil and criminal sanctions, under the terms of the Law.
   
   Furthermore, all trademarks, trade names and / or logos of any kind made available on the Platform are the property of Playscouting or a third party that allowed its use, without the use of the Platform being understood as authorization for the User to quote or use such trademarks, trade names and logos, except as otherwise indicated in the Platform and / or these Terms. By providing any content on the Platform, such as images, texts, photographs, etc., the User grants a license to use Playscouting, so that the user may post such content on the Platform in order to allow its adequate use by the User and the Interested parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

   Without prejudice to the other warranty and liability exclusions contained in this document, Playscouting shall not be liable to the User for:

   • Possible unavailability, errors or failures in the Platform, as well as for any fraudulent use that may be attributed to it by the User, nor for any difficulty of access; For errors or inconsistencies in the transmission of data or for the quality or availability of the Internet signal; The existence of viruses or other harmful elements in the Platform that may cause changes or damages to the computer systems (software and hardware) or electronic documents stored in the User\'s computer systems;
   • For damages and losses of any nature arising from the knowledge that unauthorized third parties may have of any of the information provided to the Platform, as a result of failures exclusively attributable to the User or to third parties that are beyond Playscouting reasonable control;
   • For the conduct of anyone interested in using the Platform;
   • For any incomplete, inaccurate, inaccurate or outdated information contained in the Platform; and By providing information of any typology of user by an unauthorized Agent.
